These Terms govern your use of the TinyTouch studio dashboard and related studio tools on the web. By creating a studio account you agree to them.

Who we are

TinyTouch helps beauty and craft studios list services and receive bookings. Studios and clients use the same app for bookings and chat. The consumer experience stays free; studio Pro billing happens only on the web.

Your studio account

You must provide accurate studio details and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with local tax and business rules when you issue receipts.

Subscriptions

TinyTouch Pro is billed monthly through secure hosted checkout. Plans renew until cancelled. Features such as app discovery visibility and mobile receipt tools may require an active or trial Pro status.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, scrape data, harass clients, or list illegal services. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or applicable law.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. TinyTouch is a booking and drafting tool — you remain the seller of record for client services and any tax documents you generate.
